BENTLY HERITAGE
One of the most impactful projects I have worked on was designing the hand sanitizer label for Bently Heritage Estate Distillery. They converted their operation to produce 1,300 gallons of hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray per week that they donated to local hospitals, law enforcement, and health and human service workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sourcing the bottles was a difficult process due to supply chain issues, so the label needed to accommodate a variety of possible shapes and sizes. I designed it in a single wrap not only for adaptability, but also to cut down on production cost, since the bottles were going to be hand labeled.
The label also had to be on brand with Bently Heritage spirits, but clear that it wasn’t safe for consumption. I also researched the drug fact requirements for TTB approval and included those on the label.
